How to Order a Custom Unit
Make a mold
Create a mold of your client's head or hair loss area*.
Color sample
Collect a color sample* or match the hair to an updated New Image color ring.
Fill out order form
Submit the form online, by email, or include it when you ship the mold and color sample.
Order processing
Your order can take at least 8 weeks depending on the type and customizations of the unit.
Receive order
Receive your custom order and apply to your client.
*Stars are optional steps but will ensure that custom units are an exact match for your client
