Filling out the form
Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.
Mark your hair samples with letters because with numbers the factory can get confused and think it refers to the color ring.
You must reference Men's Color Ring for Men's and Club W Color Ring for Women's.
Make sure the color ring you are using is not older than one year.
Use the Hair Density and Material Guideto choose the right hair densities for the base material.
Custom Unit
No, you cannot.
For a natural-looking front, we recommend opting for colorless knots in lace fronts if the hair color is darker than shade #6.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the hair will be factory chemically permed. We strongly recommend that you do your own perms.
Sending in a mold and hair sample
If this is a new custom order, you'll need to provide a mold of the client's head. Once we have it, you can use these measurements for future custom orders. If the size of the hairpiece needs to be adjusted, a new mold will be required.
Do not send weak molds or use scotch tape molds more than once.

If the measurements and customizations are the same for the new order, you can send the same mold.
You must send in a mold when:
If you want to add highlights.
If the client has changed measurements.
If you are looking for an accurate color match, you must send in a hair sample with sufficient hair.
To send a good sample, cut the hair as close to the scalp as possible.
Weak hair samples can cause errors in the color match, and these can be sending in:
- Ends of the hair which are normally lighter in color due to natural sun bleaching.
- Ten hairs on a piece of scotch tape will not be enough.
Order processing
Top of the heads can take at least 8 weeks. If the hair is longer than 10" or they are full caps, they can take longer.
