• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Assist clients in procuring products and services
• Processing sales orders
• Assist clients to resolve problems and concerns
• Assist team in achieving territory targets
• Process ETA requests
• Provide superior customer service
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms
