Founded in 1987 by Mr. Randy Martin, the Salon at New Image Labs began as part of his vision to create a welcoming space for individuals dealing with hair loss. Moving from Toronto, Canada, to West Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. Martin drew on his experience in the hair replacement industry, inspired by his family's established Canadian business and his personal journey with hair loss.

The Salon combines traditional hair salon services with specialized hair loss solutions, including non-surgical hair replacement, styling, coloring, scalp care, and more. For 35 years, our team, including long-standing stylist Don Carusso, has delivered unmatched care and expertise to help clients look and feel their best.
